Lean Out Super Pak Mass Amino Acids Ultra 40 Ultimate Muscle Protein (UMP) Muscle Provider In the morning with meal 1 I take a Super Pak and 2 lean outs. I take 2 lean outs after every meal including shakes. The following 6 meals I would have 3 Mass, 1 Ultra 40 and of course 2 Lean outs.
